HVAC technicians who are trained on residential and light commercial air conditioning are often called upon to service and repair commercial refrigeration systems. This course builds upon your core knowledge of air conditioning to help you learn and understand medium and low temperature refrigeration.
The following outline is a general guide to the issues covered on the test given for EPA certification under section 608. This is a CLOSED BOOK test and requires a lot of memorization. Dates, regulation numbers, protocols etc... This is a very difficult test so practice, practice, practice. The questions on the quiz are representative of what is on the test. There is no guarantee you will pass the EPA Certification Test by completing this course.
